Each dish is crafted fresh, celebrating the unique flavours, traditions, and techniques of regions such as Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Campania, Sicily, Piedmont, and Lazio. From delicate hand rolled pasta sheets to perfectly shaped artisanal cuts, every course tells a story of the regions` culture. This is more than dining, it’s an immersive experience where guests witness the artistry behind handmade pasta, indulge in a curated progression of regional specialties, and savour the elegance of true Italian fine dining in the comfort of their own space.

HOW IT WORKS
Send an enquiry choosing your favourite three regions, food preferences and dietary restrictionsand Chef Giovanni Nunziata will create two pasta dishes from each selected region, offering a refined six-course tasting journey. Regions may vary seasonally to reflect the best available ingredients and maintain the highest quality throughout the experience.
Where possible, authentic ingredients sourced directly from Italy are used, alongside the finest locally selected produce, to ensure both quality and authenticity throughout the experience.
Before each dish is served, Chef Nunziata will share the story behind it: its origins, cultural significance, and the historical period in which it was created.
Upon request, he will also provide insight into the premium ingredients used in each preparation.
All pasta is made fresh on the day, then cooked and served in your home or chosen venue, delivering an immersive and authentic culinary experience.
The chef can also recommend carefully paired wines to complement each course.
At the end of the service, Chef Giovanni and his team will clean the kitchen and leave it spotless, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the experience from start to finish.
