I started my career more than ten years ago in Italy in five stars chalets and eight years ago I decided to move to London to gain new career and life experiences and working in one of the best professional hospitality scene in the world.
I currently work in the private hospitality sector for a various range of clients, including VIP families. I also as freelance chef with many established hospitality companies
such as Levy UK, one of the best hospitality firms in Great Britain and worldwide.
Before becoming a private chef I worked either full time and as freelance for Michelin star, fine dining restaurants and with luxury hospitality companies such as the Berkeley hotel, the Shangri-La hotel @ The Shard, the Trafalgar hotel , the Hilton hotel, the Connaught hotel, the Sheraton Park Lane hotel, Coda restaurant @ Royal Albert Hall, Ascot racecourse ON4 restaurant (Royal week), the Hurlingham club, the Advocate restaurant (Willis Tower Watson private restaurant), the Gastronhome restaurant, the Tunnel club restaurant, HClub suites and a la carte restaurants @ Tottenham Hotspur Stadium,banqueting restaurants @ Wembley stadium, Executives and 1905 restaurants @ Stamford Bridge, Emirates stadium, and many more (a la carte restaurants and banqueting services only).
I have also been head chef of a two years in a row best gastro wine bar in Clapham that was awarded while I was in charge of the kitchen.
Thanks to my travels around Italy, England and Europe my experience focus on modern European cuisine, Italian, Mediterranean, modern British and North European mostly with influences from modern fusion culinary culture and world food.
